In an era of non-stop frivolous lawsuits we have another to laugh at. Dennis Kucinich, a prominent Democrat politician from Ohio is suing a sandwich shop for $150,000 after he cracked his tooth on an olive with a pit inside. Kucinich's lawyer said the incident resulted in "serious and permanent dental and oral injuries requiring multiple surgical and dental procedures, and has sustained other damages as well, including significant pain, suffering and loss of enjoyment."
I'm glad he lost his enjoyment, deal with it. Don't bite so hard or drink some milk to help your weak teeth. I'm against giving people money for their stupidity, like Fountain Lady recently.
